Each dialog box in the Troubleshooting Wizard contains a question which will assist ScanDBX in diagnosing the exact issue that your Outlook Express installation is experiencing. Each question that you answer narrows the field of possible problems until eventually only one problem remains. At that point, the Troubleshooting Wizard will ask for your permission to take the steps needed to resolve the issue, or will walk you through performing the corrections yourself.
Each dialog box in the Troubleshooting Wizard contains a single question and a few answers to select from. By clicking on an answer to select it and clicking “Next”, you allow ScanDBX to determine what problem to solve.
