Many questions that the Troubleshooting Wizard asks will refer to specific parts of Outlook Express message boxes like the one shown below.
If Outlook Express encounters an error, it may display a message box, similar to the one above. There are two important parts to any message box: the title and the message. The above picture shows you where these two parts are located on the message box. The ScanDBX Troubleshooting Wizard may ask you questions about either the title or the message of the message box Outlook Express is displaying, so you will need to make a note of them before using the Troubleshooting Wizard. For Troubleshooting Wizard purposes, you can safely ignore the icon (the yellow triangle with exclamation point in this example).
