ScanDBX may make changes to your system registry when automatically fixing Outlook Express. If you receive this error, it is most likely because ScanDBX is attempting to correct a problem in a registry location you are not permitted to access. To allow ScanDBX to fix the problem, you will need access to the registry location. Contact your system administrator to gain access to these locations.
