If you select “Find my error message by error number”, “Find my error message by keyword”, or “Find my error message by the time it appears”, ScanDBX will display a list of error numbers, keywords, or events for you to choose from:
You can select an error code, keyword, or event from the list and click the “Next” button to proceed, or click the “Back” button to return to the welcome page. You can also double-click an entry to proceed. Clicking the “Cancel” button will exit the error lookup tool.
