Once you have selected an error number, keyword, or event, or if you have chosen to see all known error messages, ScanDBX will display a list of the relevant error messages and when they occur. You can then find your error message in the list and click “Next”, or double-click it, to proceed.
If the error message you get from Outlook Express does not appear in the list, select “My error message is not in this list” to send a support request to ScanDBX Corporation.
