Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Please see the Opt-out section. Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our web site. In addition, ScanDBX may disclose personal information if it believes in good faith that such action is necessary to protect the personal safety of users of ScanDBX, its web sites, or the public. Like most standard web site servers we use log files. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information. We use a tracking utility called Webtrendslive that uses log files to analyze user movement. Opt-out
Users who no longer wish to receive communications from ScanDBX may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying with "unsubscribe" in the subject line of the email. Users may also opt-out of these communications by sending an email to [email protected] specifying that you no longer want to receive communications from ScanDBX. Links

Returns and Refunds
Returns
We do not provide technical support or product refunds to customers using ScanDBX for Windows 95, 98, or ME. Due to the fragile and problematic nature of these operating systems, use of ScanDBX on these operating systems is at your own risk. While we have tested ScanDBX on these operating systems and it usually works well, we are not able to provide technical support or product refunds to customers using ScanDBX on those operating systems. ScanDBX Corporation has done extensive testing of its products, however, some Outlook Express problems are impossible for any software to repair. For example, you may have physical hardware problems, corrupted system files, or insufficient disk space for basic program operation. You could also permanently lose data as a result of viruses, Microsoft service packs, failed data compactions or power loss while updating files. Fundamentally, if the data is no longer on your hard disk, there is no way the data can be recovered. That said, most data loss scenarios are not so grim and ScanDBX is normally capable of recovering most, if not all of your data. While we try to immediately fix all problems that are detected by the program, there are situations where ScanDBX will point you to a Microsoft Knowledge Base article. These articles sometimes link to needed downloadable files or information on how to reinstall Outlook Express. Although we would like to provide you with the files you need directly, only Microsoft is authorized to provide the original files necessary to repair its applications (3rd parties are prohibited from providing these files). If ScanDBX does not resolve your problem, we would still like to work with you (via email) - to improve our product and make it possible for you to get Outlook Express working again, and to recover all the email that can be possibly recovered. ScanDBX Corporation does not accept product returns. All sales are final. |
